Solar System Human Resources Management application has been developed to enable the enterprises to payroll accruement calculations as well as organization, personnel, recruitment, and analysis transactions.
 
Organization module is developed to define unlimited numbers of organization and position hierarchy and to track these hierarchies on a historical basis.
For a successful recruitment management process, firstly all the recruitment activities related with the organization should be defined and stages to be passed by the candidates should be checked. With Recruitment Module, the enterprises can define the qualifications required by all jobs and positions in the organization, the necessary trainings persons should have, work experiences and times required.

With Personnel module, enterprises are enabled to group personnel information in desired way and to examine the details of these groups by tracking under employee, candidate, intern and consultant headings.

Leave Management module enables to enter all legal and organization specific leave information of the personnel. In terms of payroll management, many enterprises are enabled to define legal and enterprise information parametrically, to make historical tracking of this information by historical information memory, to calculate salaries from net to gross and from gross to net, to define additional profits and public relief according to organization tiers, to prepare installment plans by making different payment plans for the deductions to be made from the personnel, to associate these special deductions with the salaries, additional profits, and public relief.
